Q: Are these SendOutCards?

A: NO - these are NOT SendOutCards. SOC is actually a website, where you are responsible for maintaining your own database and setting up your mailing campaigns. SendOutCards are mailed in white envelopes which are postmarked Salt Lake City.   

At Client Linker, we maintain your database, print, sign, enclose your business card (or coupon/gift card), stuff, seal, stamp and even carry your mailing to the local Post Office.  If you have any questions about your mailings or client list, you are able to speak to a REAL person. 

Together, we can decide the best way to market your services, encourage client referrals, and increase client loyalty and retention.

Q: Are these actually greeting cards?

A
: Yes- these are high-quality, impressive cards comparable to what you would find in a card shop.  They range in size from 4.75" x 6.75" to 5"x7" and are mailed in COLORED envelopes.

 

Q: Are they signed using the computer?

A
: No-each card that goes out of this office is actually HAND SIGNED.
When you contract our services, a sample of your signature is taken and is simulated on each card.  As far as your client knows - you took the time to personally send this card yourself!

 

Q: Do they actually have a stamp or are they metered?

A: Each card has a beautiful COMMEMORATIVE stamp that is usually color-coordinated with the envelope so it is a very impressive package.
 

Q: Is it possible to include a business card or coupon in the cards?

A: Yes- Client Linker usually includes your business card in your mailings.  It is possible to include a coupon or even a calendar, or gift certificate if requested.

 

Q: What are the prices like?

A: The prices for the cards really depend on quantity and frequency, and mailing program, but many of the programs average around $2.00 per card.  The price includes the card, the customized greeting inside, the hand signing, addressing, postage, and even delivery to the post office!  This is certainly less expensive and less time consuming than driving to the store, buying a card, taking the time to address it, driving to the post office for a stamp and mailing it.

 

Q: Would it be cheaper to send an e-card?

A: It may be cheaper- but everyone receives so much email that a lot of time e-cards are simply deleted before even being opened.  You can rest assured that everyone LOVES to get greeting cards, they are opened, and often displayed giving them longevity.

 

Q: I am concerned about sharing my client list.

A: This is a valid concern, but you can be assured that Client Linker does NOT share your client list with anyone. There is even a Confidentiality Clause in our contract.

 

Q: How do I get my client list to you?

A: You may email, fax, or even send a hard copy directly to Client Linker.

 

Q: What if one of my client’s addresses changes?

A: You simply email, fax, or call me with the new information, and we will be sure your client list is up to date.  Every month you will receive a “New Client Report” which lists any new clients that have been added to your client list, along with any changes made to your list (new addresses, name changes, etc.)

 

Q: How do I know when my mail has gone out?

A: Included in our services is a monthly “Mailings Report” which shows you which clients have received a card from you, which program, ( a lot of times it shows which card in that program), and the date it was mailed.  In a lot of the programs, you are included in your clients list, so when your clients receive a mailing, you receive the same card.
